Once you're past kindergarten it seems to lose the excitement, but anyways I still make sure to get a picture for our family history.<br />
<br />
This year Ashleigh is in 5th grade, and loves it. She is looking forward to going to Sherman Lake Camp in a few weeks. It's apparently a big deal that all the 5th graders get excited about. I think it's because they get to be away from regular school for 3 days and just play and have fun!<br />
<br />
Carter started 3rd grade, as always he is not a big fan of school, but he has a great teacher who loves science. She has definitely sparked an interest in school for Carter with her experiments and fun projects. He will be doing a photosynthesis play in a month! (BTW don't you just love the shirt Carter chose to wear for his first day of school!)Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686083546883316216.post-69927719019728516312011-10-26T14:04:00.000-07:002011-10-26T14:04:03.219-07:00It's time for PreschoolHannah started preschool this year. She has been so excited to go to school like Ash and Carter, and can I just say I have been just as equally excited for her to go! I'm loving the peace and quiet, it's been great for studying.<br />
<br />

She had planned to take her puppy Jessica, but she ended up spilling her juice on her. Lucky for Hannah Ashleigh has the same puppy, so Hannah was content to take Ashleigh's puppy.<br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">She has been loving every minute of school, and wishes she could go everyday to see her teacher Mrs. Huberty, who is so awesome, it takes a special person to have patience with 3 yr. olds!</div>Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686083546883316216.post-4679464575823422542011-08-29T09:24:00.000-07:002011-08-29T09:24:12.824-07:00White Caps Game<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgEHnJWLhEXH8h6U2DbJ-wJYa3on-B7zr9Oq3b4wVT6GOftKaQQrtSOHKmwULWM8z8aiRTuvgiwsn0tTu5g1Zka9wVV79ykM8SHulkNa_1zdhqlz8EpVekCfnDQlYx9bqyeRSo3lrgskQ/s1600/198710_1897412431392_1124066016_31543803_1657560_s.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgEHnJWLhEXH8h6U2DbJ-wJYa3on-B7zr9Oq3b4wVT6GOftKaQQrtSOHKmwULWM8z8aiRTuvgiwsn0tTu5g1Zka9wVV79ykM8SHulkNa_1zdhqlz8EpVekCfnDQlYx9bqyeRSo3lrgskQ/s1600/198710_1897412431392_1124066016_31543803_1657560_s.jpg" /></a></div> Carter's day with Aunt Tricia was going to a White Caps game. He loved it but was a little disappointed that the White Caps lost. This pic makes it look like they went in early spring or fall, but it was actually August, just a very chilly night!<br />

Carter is normally very easy going and could care less about any details, but for his baptism he was very specific. He wanted his clothes to be exactly like Dad's, includng a tie. Thankfully the distribution store didn't have a back order, because the baptismal closet at church was not at all helpful. It seems that a lot of the child size clothing has gone missing.<br />

Aunt Tricia makes it a point to take the kids each on their own to do something special with her. For Ashleigh's turn, Tricia took her to a Katy Perry concert. Of course Tricia told her about it months in advance (which I could kill her for), and we heard about every day from Ashleigh until she finally went.<br />

She has a lot of fun with the program and I think the messages are great for building the girl's self esteem. This picture is right before the race began, Avery who is in the middle is Ashleigh's best friend. These two are literally connected at the hip. The other girl is Elise, she joined us during the run along with Avery, since neither of them had a parent participating. The all have the head bands because their team was called the ninjas.<br />

She really wanted me to run with her this year so I of course couldn't disappoint her and said yes. We had a great time, and I was really proud of her. She and I ran the whole time except for 3 very brief power walks (less than a minute) for her to re catch her breath, and our time came in at around 40 minutes, not too bad for my first 5K, and Ash's short legs :) You can't tell by the picture but it started raining half way through the race, and we are both soaked, and I am so tired I apparently can't even keep my eyes open for a picture! Next year will be Ashleigh's final year and we are both looking forward to it. Avery's mom is planning on running with us, and Ash thinks it's so cool that Grandma is considering running too!Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686083546883316216.post-6500643365484492832011-05-27T14:40:00.000-07:002011-05-27T14:40:47.730-07:00Happy Birthday Ashleigh!<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhz9sRm3Kaq-HVMh5qQ6KZMbpwFN-1ilfMK5ezso6UOFS12iTpOvqXuWpo6YFmK_CAwKtJy7O4957ax6caR6CrKa7LppiEbuSLmZhubtxhchjpH82G_MmARGzIXIE9qzNtN1U0FTG3Rmw/s1600/P5200003.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhz9sRm3Kaq-HVMh5qQ6KZMbpwFN-1ilfMK5ezso6UOFS12iTpOvqXuWpo6YFmK_CAwKtJy7O4957ax6caR6CrKa7LppiEbuSLmZhubtxhchjpH82G_MmARGzIXIE9qzNtN1U0FTG3Rmw/s320/P5200003.JPG" width="240" /></a></div> Miss Ashleigh turned 10 this past week, (I can't believe I have a 10 yr. old) Anyway her she s after having to wait all day ready to open presents. John was working the early morning shift on Ash's bday, but she made it and didn't make a big deal about it.<br />

Time goes way too fast. Here he is patiently waiting to open his presents. He got a ramp, skateboard, a new video game and a new outfit. Hannah decided she was going to also be a princess when she grows up and gets married. Only one problem when we asked her who her prince would be she said "Carter will be my prince." A little incestuous don't you think? Oh well she is <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">allowed</span> to dream and be a little girl!Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686083546883316216.post-85560076159761780832011-04-26T07:14:00.001-07:002011-04-26T07:34:53.410-07:00Easter Time!<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9T7G9YxI_Laxks5TBLKH-bQU59j2jzU0otP6SGd4boJdDXNScacqybxpNwWSoieF2p8s70XDFxismJ20pLJfu2vKBhoiQ-p0QzVmsCDjNXc5hoT8dhavLoIAyKOLcdyqj8TARCuTYGQ/s1600/P4210012.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5599897123640363778" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9T7G9YxI_Laxks5TBLKH-bQU59j2jzU0otP6SGd4boJdDXNScacqybxpNwWSoieF2p8s70XDFxismJ20pLJfu2vKBhoiQ-p0QzVmsCDjNXc5hoT8dhavLoIAyKOLcdyqj8TARCuTYGQ/s320/P4210012.JPG" /></a> All the kids and Aidan waiting to go and hunt the eggs, it actually took a lot of work to get them all to stay on the steps for a picture, they were super excited to go find eggs<br /><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7uAW9ScaHFWG3ZZUS1Mf7zJSDbZfFEsYEunkV_BodLx9lS3bzZjIZcnf2hM-18fJRel6RxdNEuj4XKIXwMX9pQsmMLxFKwViH5jAy1u4lPQFrE-xWAwO8KPqtKIFP_LMOAJjMewA88g/s1600/P4210015.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5599897117002471570" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7uAW9ScaHFWG3ZZUS1Mf7zJSDbZfFEsYEunkV_BodLx9lS3bzZjIZcnf2hM-18fJRel6RxdNEuj4XKIXwMX9pQsmMLxFKwViH5jAy1u4lPQFrE-xWAwO8KPqtKIFP_LMOAJjMewA88g/s320/P4210015.JPG" /></a> Opening the eggs to see what prizes they all got. It was months of planning and executing the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">experiment's</span>, and all I can say is we survived. She finally decided to test ice cubes to see if they would melt at the same rate in different <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">drinks</span> that were at the same temperature. Sounds easy enough right, actually it was a lot more involved than I had expected. The teachers required journals, tons of research, and the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">scientific</span> method to be used. I think both Ashleigh and us were exhausted by the end, but she had fun, and is already planning her project for next year. (that's right we have next year and then 2 years after that with Carter)<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUwe1XYdYfgqh_IyC3IifEo50xdo7Sq6xMSZZuIKVWhHDmd4isrQpdc25pNn4bHLWGccxZgC4cXr9MjII_oTNDTCoEMZsb7xC0DXLbFqE9dQVPU6J64Vng86SfViC8fCvpULcNG1gmmQ/s1600/P3200003.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5588089806666490098" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUwe1XYdYfgqh_IyC3IifEo50xdo7Sq6xMSZZuIKVWhHDmd4isrQpdc25pNn4bHLWGccxZgC4cXr9MjII_oTNDTCoEMZsb7xC0DXLbFqE9dQVPU6J64Vng86SfViC8fCvpULcNG1gmmQ/s320/P3200003.JPG" /></a> Our little scientist. All of the nice and pleasant people have moved as soon as their leases have expired, so pretty much we are left with questionable people, and there are no <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">children</span> that I trust to allow mine to play with. So we have been in the process of looking for a new rental, would much rather buy, but with John still involved in the hiring process with Michigan State Police it would just be stupid to buy right now, and then receive a placement on the other side of the state.<br /><br />We have seen a couple of places that would work, and they have a yard, which is a plus for the kids, but their seems to be something with all of them that I am just not so sure about. I can't decide if its just my reluctance to have to do the moving thing for such a short time, or if just really need to stay where we are. We plan on buying a house within a year. So what would you do, would you just stay and suck it up or move even though it may only be for a year?Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686083546883316216.post-51377409361395584702011-02-25T21:12:00.000-08:002011-02-25T21:30:08.701-08:00Father Daughter Dance and a night out for Carter and Hannah too!I Hate blogger sometimes, I can never <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">remember</span> the order that pictures upload, so I'm now have to do this backwards. Once again it was the annual Father Daughter Dance, and this year was just as <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">exciting</span> for Ash as years past.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5577862513561093922" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3ZeD2xY2cApRW_CelffuaBMpoVLIixULkTrWhL_qurhp5dXdPvphTpsg4TwoM3UkqHQ6p73fOtkwDCjjDAvuuJeM9LrqT5p5-OoTBslcd4zQ7ZAisqPrkwnhRrCYPajzkVqVCKreGCQ/s320/P2010013.JPG" />This is the best picture I could get of Hannah and Carter on this night (rotten little devils). Why Ashleigh was at the dance with Ash, Carter and Hannah had made special plans of their own. So Carter went to the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error">WMU</span> hockey game with Aunt Tricia, and loved it. I love that the tickets were free, which is one of <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">the</span> perks with Carter playing <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error">KOHA</span> hockey this year, they get free tickets!!!! Hannah and I went to go see Tangled, which is a very cute movie, and then we went for ice cream. Since then she has been obsessed with Rapunzel, even had to make her Rapunzel hair to wear with the dress ( thank heavens for yarn and braids) I'll post a pic of that later.<br /><div><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5577862511290766290" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEizPyTYEqQ4Nk21SsvybsDnB-lP_97O4C3qzi-mAG1o3MyuKK8mAVdKvuU1MOHpnqrQFpZHLEHtPrazgNjCFnpSdfJLHzp1ffVrcF4iDVfKyS3g-qflROwyMTEH9FQJ5SN389DuNfW5_g/s320/P2010010.JPG" />Here is Ash ready to go. We <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">seriously</span> tried on every dress in the entire mall, and finally after the 36<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error">th</span> dress (and yes I was keeping count) she finally found this one. Had she told me from the beginning that she wanted red to go with the "Red Carpet" theme, it would have made life much easier. Basically we felt that the owner was just trying to figure out if John is still actively <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">pursuing</span> a police job, which of course he is.<br /><br />Even though we didn't get great news, <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">John isn't</span> too <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">disappointed</span>, he just found out he has been moved through to the next step in hiring with Michigan State Police, and he is still #1 on <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">the</span> <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">hiring</span> list with Kalamazoo County and should be able to be hired in April May, so we are keeping our fingers crossed:)Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686083546883316216.post-77331415360388857432011-01-21T20:22:00.000-08:002011-01-21T20:38:34.819-08:00Good News?Today John was in Jackson for meetings all day, and on his way home he calls and says that I need to call <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error">Bravo's</span> <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">restaurant</span> and make reservations for tomorrow night for 4. Of course I ask all my questions as to why I need to do this and his reply completely shocked me. He says the owner of the company he currently works for is taking John and me out for dinner with him and his wife tomorrow night because there are important issues he wants to discuss with us.<br /><br />So now we are so curious we could die, and the only thing we can agree on is that we may be getting an offer we can't refuse for John to stay and not continue to pursue a police job. John has excelled at this job, and it has been no secret that they want to keep him, and will greatly miss John if he leaves for a police job, which they have known from the beginning was a <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">possibility</span> and they respected that. But now business in Kalamazoo area is <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">bumming</span>, and they really need John, especially since they just landed the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error">Stryker</span> account, and we also heard this week that the owner really wants to keep John, and is afraid he will leave. We have discussed staying with his current job, because how often is it that you actually find a job that you love and that the employer respects you as a person as actually values you , and not to mention the prospects in Michigan right now for police careers is slim <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">pickings</span>.<br /><br />So if things tomorrow go as we are guessing we are going to have a serious decision to make. I'm excited to see what tomorrow night brings! Hopefully fantastic news!Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686083546883316216.post-77519629802488076372010-12-31T12:49:00.000-08:002010-12-31T13:06:35.393-08:00Bronson Park on Christmas Eve<div> Every year we go to Bronson Park, the kids love to run around and look at the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">displays</span>. I love it because it reminds me of my childhood when my parents took me and my sisters every year. This year we decided to go on Christmas Eve (just as I did as a kid), and I wanted to take the kids on the horse drawn carriage ride too, but lets just make it clear the carriage company is crazy, they wanted $110 for a 30 minute ride. We of course decided not to take a ride, and I was <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">disappointed</span> because it has never been more than $20 in the past. Another <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">disappointment</span> is some of the displays that have been there ever since I can remember were not up this year, apparently they had to be retired, just more of a confirmation that I am getting older, great!<br /><br /><div><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5556952631734070370" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6llpofcNr4RnE2YN0yeTKoa5R6hEbIEVZ_orUeUpgRG7Q5Z4XybO_paWgOYceeTRDSuKAwG97b5kqCBs9drZGD1OnlQ5NHYYrVW2UfS1ZJABj7cvUNAskIqqgZLOV7FPfqqbGqSSS8Q/s320/PC210008.JPG" />Candy Cane Lane, the kids ran so fast I couldn't get an <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">up close</span> shot, but if you look carefully you can see them<br /><br /><div> <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5556952624746008946" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEimuNgS2sGIy-5d6CZZCz7I-d57rwqaxxYSAYelO6luabrRnyh7zMIH1LQW5uBTw_fVMtdePv220CxoPzT1hhYJGb2Dukp75J9PoJ4OnWIA6qoiRnPLN-YXYJrUx_Lwb1iBjtfEXwg3pg/s320/PC210011.JPG" />Pretending to be the missing statues<br /><br /><br /><br /><div> <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5556952621802241922" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZmtfCeDXzFvSY-oWovuTEuNKpGTdpNVkm3M8DIzPRNlvCmf-LK_gzGp9KHoB1q9zOQO3nG0bnEHW6_0VyGHycdHpeyV8eJXAyLmmnZyE-UX68Zyd8wADC8QBvjNmOlRJ1x39yUDGgSg/s320/PC210005.JPG" />The lights on this little bush were much more beautiful than the picture shows<br /><br /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5556952610312552802" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggz3f_Y210B-fMq-ZvSNW7f9A4BXNvyyGjyGrOYExY5eWjH9237hjGw6BgT_wdU_9CAFxLBjsDRfKag6eKtQjRkWL2T1TA1uKJRND52IxKqt8JAM-13a1Gv_tPnkZ9upBj9gVOGciOWw/s320/PC210003.JPG" />The same nativity scene that has been there every year, still looks good so hopefully it will be there for years to come<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5556952603109983122" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiAz8RxCyyqiab195jxMADWDkRuh2VZ83YgEmGKeqZhbmQ2F-Cs_s39y8cXeWLzNqdZzvpGBMgBVD4d9UFc2BtAAHVFXE69WVWjq7pp6019tzmHzFLX2cw8dDdDA_md-tGC5QZqK3Gavg/s320/PC210002.JPG" />Actually got them to sit for just one quick picture, there were so a<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error">nnoyed</span> with me every time I tried to take a pic someone would walk in front of me, it was really busy for Christmas Eve.<br /><div></div></div></div></div></div>Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686083546883316216.post-48909396112598226292010-12-23T14:29:00.000-08:002010-12-23T14:36:27.615-08:00Funny Story !!!So the other day the kids were watching the movie Grandma Got Ran Over By a Reindeer. After the movie Hannah was very <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">insistant</span> about calling Grandma to talk with her, we tried to convince her to wait since Grandma was at work, but she wasn't having it. So we gave in and called Grandma. Once Hannah started talking with her she kept asking are you okay, over and over. We had no idea why she was asking, and Grandma kept assuring her that she was okay. Finally Hannah accepted that Grandma was okay, and then Hannah says I thought you got ran over by a reindeer, and were hurt. We all started laughing so hard, because we finally understood why she was asking Grandma if she was okay. Grandma still didn't really understand until I explained it to her and then she got a big kick out of it too, it really was funny! Got to love 3yr. <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">olds</span> and their thought process :)Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686083546883316216.post-25726148492088028382010-12-23T10:09:00.000-08:002010-12-23T10:32:22.672-08:00Happy Birthday Hannah!!!!Hannah turned 3 on the 7<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Th</span>. (<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">I'm</span> a bit behind in blogging) I love this age as far as birthdays go, she not old enough to want a birthday party with friends (yeah for me!). So we had a family birthday. She asked for spaghetti for dinner and a pink cake (aka strawberry).<br /><div><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5553942769784579906" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihkHbxcs8QG_EIk-1oVp_73U3dYzvbYTU6VVIbu0elQsbW-H1kHtgTYKBFY4Qh9q1fiijAwBbtihg5PgAU0KxjCW8LXAhHgnSSOdEPxtfDtgOpTYsVl_t6B9ZQOpgJlJqHNQzI2HlC5w/s320/PC200004.JPG" />This was the best picture I could get her to take by <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">herself</span>, she was being uncooperative, one of her many talents!<br /><div> <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5553942762178676578" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwROMJAz_Lqk4kXzXNyO0Y99fv-mUnQbmIBBKcHYYI3PtnPcVeBhYt35jU8km5IYiX84tE8ApR0eOj7NpXJtrfcrpREhonadUUiD6ib8N2FtYol00BwVgfTMIGVZ4BURyLuelz2tj_tQ/s320/PC010006.JPG" />Opening presents, this year she understood what was actually going on, and had a blast. She was even nice to Ash and Carter and let them help unwrap a little.<br /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5553942294256933250" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglVnKRxcx8Sb2j1qMxPMGzWkszX7BGRwGYlqy1ZKVz7_cCEeFAi4hyphenhyphenmj4XysFhbXPz0KiM3gw9LQ6iyt1pUE6d9AW8wwiQAxvpFpDxGg6exoOzFaUDrIyEZplGsexaPxUq8qZ2PIWDzQ/s320/PC010005.JPG" />This is Aunt Tricia and her Boyfriend, Jeremy, they make a cute couple, they looked so thrilled to be watching presents being open, in their defense I caught them off guard and they weren't prepared for a picture.<br /><div><br /><br /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5553942286801759282" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXA6Cncjgj2GpooLAtUwAorrOEb3byX0txcasoWcO6mxPePIhDsZd5eD4WQlT-9uAztzKOZE7-yNgzDiaQzlMxzFA-INJW8CSbCQ4SCJExQRyghx-PzvpWuP6b3-a7PzahcLdA8DtmqQ/s320/PC010004.JPG" />More presents being opened!<br /><div><br /><br /><div><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5553942283636834514" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjU3jvMwUvn-79IXQOOlaE5oF95o31aXYGjtrVDUr8OadLT7ZB6GjPOlV29jnf7uuuW7tdDcnWSbBJXhOXxhcJU5ywYhHMsZ91QwCitsofSDTSKbUGAnFsAnSB0nZQ_zSghyphenhypheneeoCi1pLQ/s320/PC200005.JPG" />here is one of her many presents, she is obsessed with Christmas. Every store that we go to we have to look at all the Christmas trees and decorations. She saw the pink Christmas tree at target this year, and loved it. So she asked <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Grammy</span> and Papa fro this Christmas tree for her birthday, and of course they got her for her. She had so much fun decorating it, it even has mini twinkling lights. It's been a great nightlight! There were little mini presents for decoration, but those have since been thrown away as she and one of her friends decided to open them one day. They were <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">disappointed</span> though, because it was just <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Styrofoam</span> inside. So I asked her why did you unwrap them, and she replied to me, because mom your supposed to unwrap presents, and then she rolled her eyes at me as if I was dumb for asking such a crazy question!<br /><br /><div><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5553942267557121218" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7iY0Ogcq88WFQACmIavt9CqvSsDJowmn1sfZzcckC1sj7OOJGObMs1aP7wfO_n1zG2-jnLldIiBqnX681xuwQxsPAm7xeyo8e2PwsyA8j2tGwWqQwCjKf0Dr_yAgBd7UvaViiaTCt3g/s320/PC200002.JPG" />Her is one of her other many presents. This is GO GO, this dog is the closest thing you can get to being real, she sleeps with her every night, and then she has her every where she goes all day long. The dog in my opinion <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">is</span> a little weird, it barks, walks, etc. One day it even barked back at the dogs on TV (weird), but she loved it!<br /><br /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5553942260575104258" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmYozZNAD3a0I4reedL2IIhwzueK42sK1GAjoLiTsXaAi4Tg8Gr25dnjmp_1IQkrXoVDt7LNfWa2jh3zDHJhXLDpcjWbfUpJ5EfnNo_V7lSu7oZ6-UD0PT-J3jFjABj6_DRaNsFiMIZw/s320/PC010002.JPG" />And finally, here is the cake I made. Her request was pink cake and Dora (one of her other obsessions). I think it turned out pretty good, but I swear I had <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error">carpaltunal</span> afterwards, it took me 2 1/2 hrs. to decorate the thing. It was fantastic for me they played outside for hours, and were so exhausted they just passed out at bedtime! Sorry no sound I was using my camera. Hannah is the one in the blue jacket and pink snowpants, watch in the 2nd video how she gets stuck, it's hilarious!</p><p></p><p><iframe allowfullscreen='allowfullscreen' webkitallowfullscreen='webkitallowfullscreen' mozallowfullscreen='mozallowfullscreen' width='320' height='266' src='https://www.blogger.com/video.g?token=AD6v5dxrxJZLS1l8e1uCt4-X9n6ZXvt9ZMzIajF1DHLYMi08xMCd7bCPSPUNHTR2yFv9e_V4DmxwNSGp8O8KWO5g5Q' class='b-hbp-video b-uploaded' frameborder='0'></iframe></p><iframe allowfullscreen='allowfullscreen' webkitallowfullscreen='webkitallowfullscreen' mozallowfullscreen='mozallowfullscreen' width='320' height='266' src='https://www.blogger.com/video.g?token=AD6v5dypzMefnJKA3KTt_KQgHwkhWjUmvrX-fooX3PSPh2qVm-2RjjAJJWUepwnlp8_MKTEARsxADEpjg14QtSkhEA' class='b-hbp-video b-uploaded' frameborder='0'></iframe>Sarahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02502461846071439662noreply@blogger.com0
